Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle

Saturday 1 August 2015

The next Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle will take place on Saturday 1 August 2015. It will offer a brilliant opportunity to get the whole family together to experience the fun and freedom of cycling on traffic-free roads in central London.

The route will feature many of the capital’s world-famous landmarks, from Buckingham Palace in the west to the Bank of England in the east via the Houses of Parliament and St Paul’s. London’s greatest sights will create an inspiring backdrop for a memorable day of cycling.

In addition to the great cycling you’ll experience, there will also be music and entertainment all along the route with music zones, music bikes, bands on bikes, stilt bicycles, Penny Farthings, stagecoaches and rickshaws, with bike doctors on hand in case of any technical problems.

Download your rider number

If you registered for Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle after 18 June 2015, you need to download your own rider number so that you can be identified by our photographers on the day. Click here to download your rider number.

Participants who registered before 18 June 2015 will be sent their rider number together with their free tabard. These will be mailed in early July.

Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle is free for everyone – simply come along and join in the fun!

Festival Zones

This year, Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle will feature six Festival Zones (up from five last year) with a huge range of bike-based entertainment and activities to suit riders of all ages, abilities and interests.

New for this year are Festival Zones in Aldwych and Lincoln’s Inn Fields. There will again be Festival Zones in Green Park, Guildhall Yard, Leadenhall Market and St Paul’s Churchyard. Each will have secure cycle parking so riders can leave their bikes safely and enjoy the entertainment on offer.
