The Prudential RideLondon Cycling Show
The 2019 Prudential RideLondon Cycling Show will be full of cycling related fun and inspiration for you to absorb ahead of Ride Day.
Entry to the 2019 Prudential RideLondon Cycling Show at ExCeL is FREE, so your family and friends are very welcome to attend with you. Tell all your cycling companions to come along too, even if they’re not taking part in this year’s ride.
Many of the major cycling brands will be represented, as well as a multitude of other exhibitors who will be showing and selling everything from cycling holidays to the latest must-have devices. Prudential RideLondon cycling kit will also be available to purchase on the Evans Cycles stand.
Centre Stage will feature an exciting programme full of expert presentations offering invaluable cycling advice, interviews with professional and celebrity riders, and a variety of entertainment and live demonstrations. Rebecca Charlton will be hosting the Show this year and the full programme will be available online soon.
Saturday is extremely busy so please visit the Cycling Show on Thursday or Friday where you will have less queuing time and a more relaxed and enjoyable experience. If you can only make it on Saturday, please come as early as you can; before 10:30 is the quietest time.
- 10:00-20:00 on Thursday 1 August
- 10:00-20:00 on Friday 2 August
- 08:30-17:00 on Saturday 3 August
You will receive two vouchers at the Cycling Show, which you can redeem to collect a two free items courtesy of our official sponsors:
- Free sports cap water bottle from Prudential for every participant
- Free High5 ‘Gummies’ for every participant
There will also be fresh drinking water from Thames Water for all visitors. A part of our wider work to reduce the environmental impacts of Prudential RideLondon we have partnered with Thames Water to provide free, clean drinking water to all visitors and exhibitors to minimise the number of single-use plastic bottles which are used.
Before you leave for the Cycling Show, bring a refillable bottle (or use your free one from Prudential) and you will be able to refill whilst you are exploring the show or before you travel home.
You don’t have to be a professional cyclist or Olympic gold medallist to benefit from a sports massage. As you ease off the training in the week preceding the sportive, a session on the table would be a great addition to your preparation.
Not only will your muscles respond better after treatment, but a little pampering will also relax you before Ride Day and help calm any nerves you may have. Look out for the massage area when you visit the Cycling Show.
With sessions at just £18 for 15 minutes or £30 for half an hour, don’t waste this opportunity - come along and let one of our qualified therapists look after you.
Why not book in for a pre-event bicycle maintenance service and wipe down with Evans Cycles so your bicycle is ready for Ride Day? The service will take 30 minutes and costs £45.
If you’re travelling to Prudential RideLondon by rail with a bike, use National Rail’s PlusBike info to help you plan with ease.
