By completing the below application form, you are entering the ballot for the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 Amstel Ride Together for the chance to secure one team of four riders into the 2019 event. Teams should not make multiple applications.
The Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 Amstel Ride Together requires a team of four riders to cycle the 100 miles of the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 route together.
All riders start together at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, ride out into beautiful countryside and testing hills of Surrey before heading back to the spectacular finish on The Mall. Riders are responsible for getting to the Start at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Sunday 4 August.
The cost of a team place is £250 plus VAT for each team.
Teams must consist of four riders. Teams may be four men, four women or a mixed team. The minimum age for entry is 18 on Sunday 4 August 2019.
How does it work?
Teamwork is of the essence as the official time for the team will be the time recorded by the last rider of the team to cross the finish line in The Mall.
Teams are reminded that this event is a timed challenge; it is not a race.

Please note the entry fee is not refundable under any circumstances. It is not possible to defer an Amstel Ride Together team entry to 2020.
The deadline to enter the ballot for a chance to secure one Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 Amstel Ride Together team is 17:00 GMT on Wednesday 13 March 2019.
The results of the ballot will be emailed to all applicants by Wednesday 20 March 2019.
Applicants who are successful in the ballot will be emailed the entry console for their team by Thursday 21 March 2019. If successful in securing a team in the ballot, the payment of £250 plus VAT must be made to secure the team before 17:00 Thursday 11 April 2019. If payment is not received by this deadline the team will be removed, and a reserve ballot will be drawn.
All team members must be successfully registered on this entry console by 17:00 GMT on Friday 31 May 2019. This deadline is final and there will be no extensions given under any circumstances.
