Prudential RideLondon-Surrey Club 200 FAQs

Q. How do I register my second rider?
A. In order to ride as a pair in the Club 200, both riders will need to sign up to the event individually and select the same start wave during the entry process.

Q. Can I choose my start wave?
A. A choice of start waves between 06:00 and 08:00 will be available on the registration form. Start wave times are allocated on a first come first served basis, with only a limited number of places available in each wave.

Q. Can I change my start wave?
A. It may be possible to change your start wave if there is still availability in your desired wave. To request a change to your start wave time, please contact the Customer Services team on 020 7902 0212 or email helpdesk@ridelondon.co.uk

Q. Can I defer a Club 200 entry?
A. Club 200 entries can be deferred at no extra cost to the following year, for one year only. If you wish to defer your entry, please email helpdesk@ridelondon.co.uk with the full name and date of birth of both riders.

Q. I am no longer able to ride, can I have a refund?
A. Entry fees for all events are non-refundable and if you have not carried your place over from the previous year, you can defer at no extra cost to the following year.

Q. When will I hear more?
A. You will be emailed with regular updates in the lead up to Sunday 16 August, keeping you informed with everything you need to know for the big day! This will include further details on the VIP Hospitality and the hot and cold food (including vegan options) and drinks available.

Q. What happens if I have already entered the ballot for 2020?
A. When a Club 200 place is confirmed, we will remove all entrants from the ballot before the draw takes place. If you have chosen to donate your entry fee, this will be refunded to you by 1 March 2020.

Q. Where can I find out more?
A. Please keep an eye on the Club 200 page on the Prudential RideLondon website and if you require any further assistance, please email helpdesk@ridelondon.co.uk
