Can't ride in 2019?
The deadline to apply for a guaranteed deferred entry from 2019 to 2020 was 20:00 on Saturday 3 August 2019. Please note no further withdrawals will be accepted.
If you withdrew your 2019 Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 entry, we will guarantee you an entry for the 2020 event, providing that you complete the withdrawal process and haven’t already deferred your 2018 place to this year.
In order to withdraw and apply for a guaranteed entry in 2020, you must have paid for your 2019 place by 17:00 on Friday 22 February 2019.
Riders who withdrew their entry before 20:00 on Saturday 3 August 2019 will receive an email to complete their guaranteed entry for 2020 on 7 October 2019. The deadline to make payment for the guaranteed entry is 17:00 on 21 October – please note this deadline will not be extended under any circumstances.
Important – It is each rider’s responsibility to contact our Helpdesk on 020 7902 0212 in good time, within the above timescales, if you have not heard from us or have any issues in completing your entry as no extensions will be given.
You must be fit and well to ride 100 miles. Severe exertion during or soon after any kind of fever is extremely dangerous. If you find yourself in this situation you must withdraw. Do not take any chances with your health.
Please note the following terms and conditions apply:
- You are required to pay the full entry fee for the 2019 and 2020 events and entry fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
- It is only possible to withdraw and apply for a guaranteed place once. If you withdrew from the 2018 event, it is not possible for you to withdraw again in 2019.
The withdrawal process operated for the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 is the same process that operates for the London Marathon.
