Can't ride in 2020?
If you secure a place in the 2020 Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 and have to withdraw, you need to complete the online withdrawal form no later than 20:00 on Saturday 15 August 2020. You will then be sent an email confirming your application for withdrawal.
Providing you withdraw your entry before the deadline and pay for your place, you may be offered a guaranteed place for the 2021 event. Please note this is not applicable to entries already carried over from the 2019 event or if the entry was received from a charity or sponsor.
- You are required to pay the full entry fee for the 2020 and 2021 events and entry fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
- It is only possible to withdraw and apply for a guaranteed place once. If you withdrew from the 2019 event, it is not possible for you to withdraw again in 2020.
Important: riders who have successfully withdrawn will receive an email link for a guaranteed entry form for the 2021 race on Monday 19 October 2020. If you have not received this link by Thursday 22 October 2020, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible and certainly no later than Thursday 29 June 2020, otherwise you will lose your guaranteed entry for 2021.
The deadline for completion of the online guaranteed entry form is 17:00 on Monday 2 November 2020.
You must be fit and well to ride 100 miles. Severe exertion during or soon after any kind of fever is extremely dangerous. If you find yourself in this situation you must withdraw. Do not take any chances with your health.
The withdrawal process operated for the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 is the same process that operates for the London Marathon.
