Withdrawing from the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46
If you would like to withdraw from the 2019 Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46 and apply for a guaranteed entry into the 2020 event, please complete the online withdrawal form via the button below.
Once the payment deadline has closed on Friday 14 June 2019, the withdrawal process will open the following Monday (17 June 2019)
You must complete the withdrawal form no later than 20:00 on Saturday 3 August 2019. Once you have completed the form, you will receive an email confirming your application for withdrawal.
By Monday 7 October 2019, you will receive an email link for a guaranteed entry form for the 2020 event.
The closing date for completion of the online guaranteed entry form is 17:00 on Monday 21 October 2019. It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure they have completed their 2020 online guaranteed entry form, and paid the 2020 entry fee by this deadline, as it will not be extended under any circumstances.
Important – It is each rider’s responsibility to contact our Helpdesk on 020 7902 0212 in good time, within the above timescales, if you have not heard from us or have any issues in completing your entry as no extensions will be given.
Please note the following terms and conditions apply:
- You are required to pay the full entry fee for the 2019 and 2020 events and entry fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
- It is only possible to withdraw and apply for a guaranteed place once. If you withdrew from the 2018 event, it is not possible for you to withdraw again in 2019.
- You may only withdraw and apply for a guaranteed entry for 2020 if you got your place through the ballot. This system does not apply for any other entry route. For example, if you have been allocated a place by a charity and are not able to ride, the place returns to the charity.
The withdrawal process operated for the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46 is the same process that operates for the London Marathon.
If you gain a ballot place in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46, you will be able to choose your start wave – and ride with friends in the event if you wish. More details will be sent to successful ballot applicants in due course.
