Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46 Ballot
The ballot for the 2020 Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46 will open in 2020.
Withdrawing from the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46
The deadline to apply for a guaranteed deferred entry from 2019 to 2020 was 20:00 on Saturday 3 August 2019. Please note no further withdrawals will be accepted.
Riders who withdrew their entry before 20:00 on Saturday 3 August 2019 will receive an email to complete their guaranteed entry for 2020 in mid-March 2020.
Important – It is each rider’s responsibility to contact our Helpdesk on 020 7902 0212 in good time, within the above timescales, if you have not heard from us or have any issues in completing your entry as no extensions will be given.
Please note the following terms and conditions apply:
- You are required to pay the full entry fee for the 2019 and 2020 events and entry fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
- It is only possible to withdraw and apply for a guaranteed place once. If you withdrew from the 2018 event, it is not possible for you to withdraw again in 2019.
- You may only withdraw and apply for a guaranteed entry for 2020 if you got your place through the ballot. This system does not apply for any other entry route. For example, if you have been allocated a place by a charity and are not able to ride, the place returns to the charity.
The withdrawal process operated for the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46 is the same process that operates for the London Marathon.
If you gain a ballot place in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46, you will be able to choose your start wave – and ride with friends in the event if you wish. More details will be sent to successful ballot applicants in due course.
