Curb your cravings with low carb ice cream
It’s all too easy to deny yourself certain foods and treats when you’re trying to lose weight. Here’s a recipe that makes low calorie, low carb ice cream that can really fill you up and curb your sweet cravings at the same time.
- 200g frozen raspberries (or any berry)
- 150g fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 30g whey protein
- Place all the ingredients into a bowl.
- Use a hand blender to combine them all together, which may take a few minutes. You can use a food processor but you will need to stop it and stir the mixture frequently
- Blend until smooth
Place the mixture in a freezer-proof container and freeze.
