Zwift Group Workout Series

Get fit together with the Prudential RideLondon group workout series to achieve your best performance in July. Group workouts are open to everyone and designed to run alongside the individual training plans for the Prudential RideLondon events, created by coach Kevin Poulton. Replace one of your weekly sessions with rides from this series and get motivated as we train in one group out on the virtual road.

Whether building up to your first closed roads cycling event or aiming for your personal best at the 100-mile distance, these sessions will help equip you with all the tools to get the most out of your event.

About Group Workouts
 

Zwifters line up in the starting area just like a normal event and once the event starts, workout mode begins. Everyone stays together regardless of power output. That's right, if you're outputting 100W and another Zwifter is outputting 400W you will stay in exactly the same position relative to each other. Only if you stop pedaling and fall six meters behind the group will the rubber-banding stop.

There are three times for each workout through the week:

  • Tuesdays at 18:30
  • Thursdays at 06:30
  • Sundays at 09:05
